Novalis Capital Partners is a boutique investment and advisory firm for the Life Science industry that was founded in 2017 by Marijn E. Dekkers. With a team of experienced operating executives from the Life Science industry, Novalis funds and advises visionary Life Science entrepreneurs. Novalis provides direct investments through Novalis LifeSciences, and business advisory services through Novalis Advisory.

Novalis LifeSciences serves as our direct investment vehicle for financing services, specializing in venture capital and private equity investment. We provide venture capital fund and private equity fund management for $500M in assets across three funds, deploying capital to companies in the life science tools, diagnostics, and biopharma therapeutics space. Some examples of portfolio companies are Cerevel Therapeutics, Quanterix, Decipher Biosciences, Celsee, and Ginkgo Bioworks, all of which went public or were acquired.

Novalis Advisory offers strategic advisory and investment banking services, including business organization and operation consultation, financial consultation, business management consultation, as well as training and coaching in the field of executive and leadership development.
